High Impact Teaching Strategies (HITS) are a bank of 10 instructional practices that are recognised as some of the most reliable teaching strategies for delivering learning outcomes. The HITS are embedded within our Reading and Writing Instructional Models to enhance teacher practice and maximise student learning. 

Literacy Strategic Plan

The Literacy Strategic Plan guides the work of the Literacy Leading Teacher, Literacy Curriculum Team and whole school work in Literacy.

Documented inside the plan are the school-wide goals for Literacy as well a progress tracker to enable collaborative conversations about the progress of the outlined goals.
